My name is Oscar Sanchaz and here is my story. I'm here taking a mug shot. Let's start on how I ended up taking my mug shot photo. I am the son of Mario and Maria Sanchaz. My family has never been rich. It is hard for us to get food on our table. My father has two jobs and yet we still struggle to keep our house. That when I reliable I have take things into my own hands and help my family out. When I see an opportunity I will take it. While I walking down the street I saw this amazing women with golden high heel shoes, golden jewelry. She looked like a millionaire. She was the most beautiful thing I ever saw and certainly shiny. I had to make a rescission whether to rob this women to help my family or to let her be. I knew my family needed the money and help for our health. So I snuck up behind her and grabbed her back purse and took off running. Unfortunately there was a cop that pulled up right beside her and then I rolled up over the car. The. He arrested me. I was sentenced to 5 years in jail. Was it really worth it.
Hello, my name is caca awa. The picture of me is when I was making very bad decisions. I come from a background of violence and drugs. I was always around it so that is what I learned.
All my life I have learned how to be on the streets by myself. How to make money, how to defend myself, and how to hustle people (get what I want). The biggest things in my life were drugs. My mom did them, my dad did them, and all my older brothers did them. So I thought it was ok to do drugs. By the time I was 18 I was thrown into jail and charged for aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance over a pound, and 2 counts of distribution. I did 10 years in prison and I'm out to make the better of myself.
My name Is Jorge and I'm from Window Rock, Arizona. I lived with my grandparents and money was hard to get at the time so we really didn't have any food. I didn't get attention from my parents they just abandoned me. After a while of going to school I made a friend and he was a gang banger. I was later jumped in the gang by three people from the gang. We had a mission to do and during that time we got jumped and when I woke up my homies were dead and there was cops all over the place putting them in body bags. I thought why me?
My name Is poco. I was jumped into a gang and that's why my face looks like shit, that and the fact that the cops beat the crap about of me. My first day in my gang I had to steel a car and that's how I got my ass beating from the cops. As I was breaking I to the car some one say me and called it in, I ended up in a two hour long car chase, it was he'll it finally ended when the car ran out of gas, the cops say their chance and they took it, they boxed me in, there was a cop car on all sides of the car, and they where making the car come to a complete stop, and that I couldn't get out of the car cause their cars where up against mine blocking the door. When they moved the car on my side they pointed guns and told me to put my hands up and I did so, next thing I know they rip the car door open rip me out of the car and throw me on the road and had a cop put he's knee on the back of my head and put all his wait into it leaving my face bruised cut and swollen. They then picked me up and threw me in a cop car. It's funny cause I would have got out of the car with my hands on my head and lied down on the ground face down and let them cuff me and every thing with no fighting if they just would have asked, but they abused their power and treated me like a wild animal cause I stole a car. I'm still a human and I gave them no reason to act like they did. But long story short I ended up in jail for three years. And when I tried to get the cops I trouble for assaulting me the way they did the judge said they had every right to do what they did and more cause I stole a car, not the fact that I followed every direction given to me by them from the time the car ran out of gas, not by the fact that I'm still a human, not the fact that I didn't fight back in any way, maid to threatening movements, no reason at all to treat me like I punched one of the cops. They maid it seem like I had stole every one of their cars by the wAy they treated me. But he'll what can you do when they government has maid ways for them to go around every one of are rights as the people, criminal or not.
My name is Eduardo Montier and I was given these cuts by my parents. My parents used to beat me until I was bloody, especially my dad. That was until i started fighting back.
My hairs a dark brown, but plain, my eyes brown, but plain. I have nothing to be proud of in looks.
My life consists of bullies which included my parents at some point. Now while in DCFS custody all I have to do is listen to the constant pestering of people around me.
"Oh you're so ugly." Or "you don't know how to do anything." Days pass and I still believe them, I'm healing though. Slow, but I am.
